Co-Founder & Managing Director
Gary has over two decades of experience managing notable brands in various advertising & media agencies like Fong Haque & Soh, Monsoon, Dentsu, Initiative, MEC and Universal McCann. Prior to co-founding The Media Shop, he was the Media Director at DWA.
In his early days as a junior media executive, Gary had the privilege to be mentored by many media veterans who showed him the ropes in this competitive industry. As a way to give back to the society, Gary is always willing to personally guide and share his experience with anyone keen to embark on a career in the media industry.
Married to a banker, he’s your regular family guy during the weekends, enjoying quality time with his 3 young children.

Driven by nature, Jessica leads our business development team and is constantly on the look-out for new opportunities for our clients. Entering the industry as a radio and print advertising professional, she was later drawn to the world of digital media and joined CNET Networks Asia Pacific. She honed her skills as a media strategist developing B2B and B2C strategies for technology giants such as Samsung, Sony, Toshiba, Dell and HP. After an 8-year tenure in CNET, Jessica decided to realise her dream of working with a spectrum of brands and founded The Media Shop with Gary.
She is part of the founding committee of Rose Charities Singapore, an affiliation of Rose Charities International.
Lee Chee Wee
Managing Partner & Head of Digital
A veteran in digital media, Chee Wee began his journey at CNET Asia as a reporter, moving up the ranks to head up media operations. He later joined mobile security start-up tenCube to oversee their marketing strategy. Following tenCube's acquisition by McAfee, he managed APAC marketing for McAfee’s mobile security products. He later joined Viacom and was responsible for developing Nickelodeon’s digital offerings, before joining The Media Shop to look after all aspects of the agency’s digital business.

A veteran in the media industry, Jessicca is highly experienced in running both local and regional brands such as SC Johnson, Hewlard Packard, P&G, Audi, United Overseas Bank, City Development Limited, National Arts Council, Health Promotion Board, Dairy Farm and more.
She loves travelling and has explored places like Cancun, New York, Copenhagen and Prague. If opportunity allows, she would like to experience the Northern Light phenomena. When not travelling, she bakes, sews and gets artsy.
She believes in doing her small bit to reduce, reuse and recycle to go green and help save the earth.
